About The Role As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you’ll oversee the design and feature set of various areas of Nana’s technician-, customer- and internal-facing products, while helping to mentor our other PMs. Guided by our values, you’ll help shape the future of the product by contributing to our roadmap and quarterly objectives. Working with stakeholders across the company and user base, you’ll identify and spec out projects that will help us achieve those objectives. Along the way you’ll work closely with an engineering team, helping to organize sprints and refine implementations. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the direction of the product, and for helping the org reach all of its strategic goals.   A Day In The Life On any given day, a Senior Product Manager at Nana might work on: Strategic planning - Working with stakeholders from across the company, you’ll help maintain the overarching product roadmap. Research and PRDs - You’ll read the literature, interview customers, and explore the product space while producing requirements docs for enhancements and brand new features. PM Team Mentorship - Through regular meetings with other members of the PM team, you’ll provide insight and leadership to help them up-level their own careers. Eng Team processes - You’ll attend daily engineering team standups and keep an eye on the team’s pace, working with engineering management to help ensure that we can deliver on schedule and with maximum transparency. About You At least 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Group PM Excellent communication skills and an interest in translating between types of stakeholders You have empathy for the user experience, and like to help others take this same perspective.
