The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco : We are hiring a New Business Director to drive new Ad Agency/client/advertiser development in APAC. While tackling challenging real-world problems, the right candidate will make a positive impact on billions of global mobile users and drive business growth with top-notch colleagues.     Here’s what you’ll be working on: Ascertain Ad Agency goals to effectively communicate how MOLOCO solutions will help them achieve their goals. Target traditional Agency Holding Companies, independent agencies, and mobile-specific agencies to understand Moloco’s potential fit. Full sales cycle responsibility from lead generation, outreach, communication of value proposition, negotiation and winning through a consultative approach.  Manage pipeline and reporting through Salesforce.    Work with all relevant parties to ensure successful onboarding of new advertisers.  Collaborate with internal teams to identify account growth opportunities.  Understand the mobile ecosystem and stay current on industry trends.  Travel as needed to meet clients and to key industry events and conferences.   Here is what you need to succeed  (Experience & Qualifications) 5 to 10 years in digital advertising sales with a strategic and consultative sales approach with focus on building long term partnerships Mobile performance and programmatic advertising sales experience is a plus Proven track record of new business revenue in a goal oriented environment Critical thinking, curiosity for digital marketing and passion for winning Great communication skills both in writing and in-person Team player and the ability to adapt to a growing company Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously   Some of the total rewards we offer…   Physical Health & Wellness benefits, to support our Moloco employees in making their health and wellness a priority.
