The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco :
We are looking for a CRM Business System Manager to help shape and build our SFDC and adjacent CRM tools to help support our sellers and accelerate business transformation. This candidate will use his/her deep SFDC and tools knowledge to shape the company CRM vision across multiple product lines, and would be entrusted to bring that vision to life. As the CRM product owner, you will collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders from different teams (Sales, BI/Analytics, ENG etc) and would need to identify improvement opportunities from different workstreams, strategize initiatives with priorities, mobilize the program and drive the implementation. The ideal candidate is an expert in shaping the company’s CRM from the ground up a to meet the changing needs of the enterprise, and has a proven track record in execution on their vision, with strong collaborating, experience tackling complex problems in commercial processes with solutions, and presenting to stakeholders in a clear and concise effort.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Shape the company CRM and sales tools strategy and vision based on the assessment of fast-faced business and commercial operations across multiple product lines
Closely interact with global commercial teams to identify operational challenges across different workstreams, define improvement initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to solve those challenges by leveraging different CRM tools and source of data across the organization
Design multiple projects or programs with key deliverables, resources, and milestone to enhance commercial operations with CRM infrastructure, and track those projects’ or programs’ execution
Present and communicate with key stakeholders on the plan of different projects and programs, and regularly update the progress
Closely engage with cross-functional teams for aligning on focused area of improvement and how to tackle those problems with execution plans
Work with internal engineering, data and product teams and support business users and technical team members regarding the best way to translate business requirement into CRM tools as subject matter expert
Build business and technical requirements for CRM tools and infrastructure (e.g., SFDC) based on assessment on business operations and business requirements from key stakeholders including commercial organization leadership
Discuss various reporting needs with business users and commercial leaders to design dashboards and reports within CRM tools and infrastructure
Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development and deployment.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years , preferable 5 years in Salesforce in CRM product and project management roles with proven experience in leading complex projects for sales, customer success (account management) and marketing business functions
Expertise and experiences with CRM platforms like Salesforce.com and peripheral apps that integrate to the platform, and marketing systems such as Hubspot or Zoominfo etc..
End-to-end project management on CRM integrations with other applications and data source within the organization
Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment
Manager / Senior Manager role - based on experience

Our Compensation And Benefits (for California & New York State Residents Only )
Base Compensation Range: $156,000.00 - $234,000.00
In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
