This role will cover a broad range of People Technology areas primarily Workday Talent Management Suite (including Goal Setting, Succession Planning, Performance Review, Talent Review), as well as Workday Recruitment, Core HCM, and Core Compensation. It is important that this role has excellent communication skills, has a learner’s mindset with the ability to win and drive tasks and actions.  Exceptional partnering and influencing skills to work with other stakeholders like Payroll, Finance, IT, People Operations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and others. Here’s what you’ll be working on: Become an Internal Workday HCM expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation; leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements. Act as Workday functional expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, and design concepts with Workday Talent Management Suite, Workday Recruitment, Payroll, and future product enhancements. Provide ongoing production support to the business regarding application functionality and data integrity, including identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year-end processes. Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, develop/create business requirements, document user stories, and translate business requirements into effective and efficient functional design specifications and application configuration / technical solutions. Partner with the Benefits, Talent, Compensation, and People Operations teams to understand business needs and solutions that align with overall business strategies and manage successful delivery. Test Solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements/specifications, and document existing and new processes. Partner with and assist with integrations in configuration and testing between Workday and other 3rd party / custom solutions alongside business teams and vendors. Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to implementing new features and provide technical guidance for testing/adoption of new features and functionality. Utilize report design standards, perform regular data audits, educate end-users, and utilize report monitoring to ensure a consistent, trusted user experience. Maintain awareness of current trends in HCIS and Workday reporting and best practices, collaborating with other organizations in Workday Community to share knowledge and create and/or adhere to industry best practices. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent years of industry experience. 7+ years of industry experience implementing & supporting various HR applications, especially Workday modules. 5+ years of design/configuration experience with ople's technology tools. This role will cover a broad range of People Technology areas primarily Workday Talent Management Suite (including Goal Setting, Succession Planning, Performance Review, Talent Review), as well as Workday Recruitment, Core HCM, and Core Compensation experience. Functional Experience with Workday Integrations related to applications such as Equity, Benefits, Payroll & other external vendor applications. Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge of building test plans and executing them in unit, functional, and user acceptance test cycles. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to work optimally in a team environment as well as independently. Capacity to communicate information clearly and concisely and ensure others are informed. Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high-quality manner. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. Proficient in Google applications (docs, sheets, etc.), and Microsoft Excel and Access. Our Compensation And Benefits (for California & New York State Residents Only ) Base Compensation Range: $136,284.00 - $204,426.00 In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
