You will be part of the engineering team building on-demand mobile infrastructure to leverage the rich data generated by the rapidly expanding mobile ecosystem. What you'll do Be in charge of communication, coordination, and facilitation of various projects within the Engineering division. Help engineering leadership build roadmaps and plans for various engineering (development, operation, communication, organization-building, education, technical-marketing) projects and help them manage the schedules of those projects. Identify risks in executing projects and prepare for mitigation plans. Track key engineering metrics, such as investment level and profitability (by working with BizOps and Finance), productivity and engagement level (by working with HR), product & service reliability (by working with SRE and Ops teams), and product & service quality (by working with dev and product-management teams). Work with operations teams to improve service-operation processes, collaboration protocols, division of labor, or  anything that takes time to implement because of business scale and human factors. Help engineering managers detect organizational bottlenecks and drive improvement in terms of productivity. Prepare to grow the TPM team as the company and business grow. What you'll need to succeed Exceptional level of communication, coordination, and facilitation skills. Bachelor’s degree or graduate degrees in engineering or science  7+ years of experience of working in an engineering organization as a project & program manager, engineer, engineering manager, operations manager, or product manager. Good and general understanding of online service systems and businesses -- especially SaaS industries and technologies. Detail oriented. Passionate in improving organizational productivity, efficiency, and engagement in “quantifiable” way. Experience in the ad tech industry is a plus, but not required. Some understanding of ML technologies is a plus, but not required. Our Compensation And Benefits (for Washington State Residents Only) Base Compensation Range: Min $166,363 - Max $249,545 In accordance with Washington state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
