About the role
MOLOCO seeks talented engineers to join our SRE team. The team is building and evolving a highly scalable, cost-efficient, and low latency platform that leverages state-of-the-art Cloud technologies to sustain our ever-growing mobile ads ecosystem.
Our platform handles 5+ million requests per second, which is about 80X of Google search traffic. This immense volume of workload is giving us unique and challenging problems to solve in terms of scalability and reliability. As a member of the SRE team, you will be given chances to solve these huge challenges with the actual engineers who built the platform, and with cutting-edge technologies.

What you'll do
Design & Implement the scalable & reliable service infrastructure
Design & Implement the service infrastructure SW release pipelines
Design & Implement the tools to support the effective operations
Support the company-wide cost optimization initiative
Plan the resource capacity to guarantee the non-stop operation of services
Guide & help the production issue troubleshooting process
Proactively find the risks and craft solutions to mitigate them
Establish and evangelize the highest level of operational excellencies
What you’ll need to succeed
4+ years of SRE/DevOps development experience in IT-related areas
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related major.
Knowledge of SRE/DevOps best practices
Experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
Software development skills in at least one programming language.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Experience working with real-time systems, and highly scalable software architectures.
Experience with Cloud service providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
