MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Supply Chain Order and Data Delivery Manager to join the Supply Chain Team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to VP, Supply Chain. Role is hybrid .
This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
Coordinating and supervising the daily activities for all Supply Chain and 3PL partners data delivery across all brands.
Working in tandem with the Senior Manager of Demand Planning on cross-functional teams to establish various project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Accountable for monitoring progress, evaluating performance, and escalating issues as needed.
Improving all touchpoints of the Supply Chain department through reviewing current methodology and creating new processes as needed.
Being the cross-functional lead for all technical initiatives touching Supply Chain.
Working closely with Engineering and BI to create effective databases to manage and organize Supply Chain activity.
Training and instructing other members of the Supply Chain team as needed.
Leading the Supply Chain order and data delivery team, ensuring timeliness and accuracy for recurring and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Coordinating with internal teams and external 3PL warehouse and logistics partners to manage and track consigned inventory locations, inventory levels, and distribution lanes to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
Working directly with the Sales and Warehouse teams to deploy cost-effective distribution solutions for end user deliveries.
Supporting proper utilization of our WMS and ERP systems (NetSuite).
Being an integral member of the operations staff, routinely reporting on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures when necessary.
Ad Hoc Report creation.
Support with reconciling physical inventory with serialized information data pulls and cross referencing with physical scans.
Point of contact for all Supply Chain systems, able to escalate issues both internally and externally as needed (Topshelf/Extensiv).
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience.
Uncanny problem solving skills.
The ability to pivot and re-prioritize your workload based on various business directives.
Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.
Top-level understanding of the supply chain product lifecycle.
Working experience with Supply Chain ERP, Warehouse, Cart, and Logistics systems (e.g. NetSuite,Shopify, WooCommerce, TopShelf).
Excellent organizational and people management skills.
Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects, foresee challenges and proactively put solutions in place to address future problems.
Experience standing up and maintaining Supply Chain standard operating procedures.
Expert Excel experience - lookup, conditional formatting, pivot tables, etc.
Intermediate SQL knowledge - select and join your way to find needles across multiple haystacks.
Understanding of basic accounting/finance principles.
Must be able to comprehend legal documents (NDA, MSA).
Detail oriented with a “get it right from the start” mindset.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $105,000 - $120,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
