MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented DTC Content Marketing Manager to join the eCommerce Team ! Individual reports to the Director of DTC Content Strategy . Role is remote ; must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As DTC Content Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the content strategy team, helping enhance the content experience for MintMobile.com. You will strategize and execute content programs for new content creation with a focus on lifecycle and post-purchase content experience (help center, videos, emerging content formats) and execute tactics to maintain and improve existing site content and landing pages. As Content Marketing Manager, you should be driven by data, love to think creatively, and have a knack for putting yourself in the shoes of subscribers.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
Partnering with the content strategy team to plan, develop, and implement content strategies to improve subscriber education, support site engagement, and build trust.
Maintaining assigned site content for accuracy, relevance and optimizations to improve CVR.
Spearheading content creation process from ideation through launch, including but not limited to; Help and support content, how-to guides, interactive, landing pages, videos.
Working with internal teams, including our award-winning internal Creative Agency, product, and brand teams to bring content experiences to life.
Uncovering subscriber pain points and frequently asked questions and developing and integrating content solutions.
Creating content strategies and briefs, conducting research, outlining content requirements, objectives and KPIs, amplification recommendations.
Identifying and executing tactics to increase visibility of content (E.g. content distribution).
Building regular content performance reports, monitoring and communicating KPIs, project statuses, and analyzing data to inform action.
Keeping informed on industry trends and best practices, competitive landscape, etc. apply insights to strategy.
WHAT YOU BRING
4+ years of content marketing or content-based SEO experience either in-house or at an agency.
Experience working on a variety of content campaigns with strong grasp of content development workflows and content marketing tactics.
Experience working with customer help content a plus.
Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics and other industry-leading SEO tools (Conductor, BrightEdge).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience doing keyword research and competitor analysis.
Understanding of SEO best practices for copywriting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize without missing a beat.
Exceptional project management skills are a must, as is internal communications and shepherding projects from start to finish working with various stakeholders on feedback and approvals.
