Best Workplaces (2022) CNBC Disruptor 50 List (2022) Built In LGBTQIA+ Advocacy Award (2022) As Maven’s SVP of Payer Growth, you will bring your deep expertise and relationships in healthcare to build, evolve and grow our partnerships with payers and other channel partners, including existing relationships with the four leading national health plans and multiple regional plans.  Your leadership will enable our team to reach ambitious sales goals and successfully operationalize our relationships to drive innovation as we continue our rapid growth and service to more members than ever before.   As SVP of Payer Growth, you will: Manage, cultivate, and grow the payer/channel Account Executive team, who oversee each of our channel partnerships, to collaborate effectively across the company to hit ambitious sales targets and nurture and grow our payer and channel relationships Support AEs in developing and executing against partner level GTM strategies  Serve as the executive sponsor in channel exec relationships and meetings Manage the Partnership Enablement team to stand up and operationalize new channel partnerships with the support of Maven’s Client Delivery team Lead initiatives to deepen channel relationships and drive company-wide innovation Ensure that new capabilities and partnership models are operationalized across the company, including billing and eligibility management Report to the Chief Growth Officer Minimum Requirements: Brings 15+ years relevant experience that includes Deep relationships with or experience working in health plan organizations across a variety of functions A track record hitting and exceeding ambitious sales quotas managing high-performing sellers and account managers  Successfully building, leading and scaling teams Building and scaling systems and processes in high-growth, fast-paced, high-performing environments Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful executive level relationships with clients/partners Embodies Maven’s values, including walking through walls and embracing a services mindset Is a strong executive communicator, partner and teammate Is effective at navigating ambiguity and leading through change Preferred Requirements:  Operationalized complex partnerships in the payer and/or provider spaces, including benefit administration Experience across multiple areas of the healthcare continuum (e.g. provider, value-based care, digital health) Startup experience  For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $215,000 - $265,000  per year. You will also be entitled to receive commissions, stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
