Magic Leap is seeking a highly experienced Business Insights Program Manager to serve as a key connection point to support our growing business. This role reports to the VP of Ecosystem Analytics. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships rapidly, capture business, technical, and operational requirements, and effectively communicate, collaborate, and measure business success with our channel partners.
Responsibilities:
Drive Business Planning Activities
Assist in driving strategic planning across the GTM efforts improving the execution, efficiency, and alignment to priorities and goals.
Lead project management across several critical workstreams in partnership with key stakeholders focused on understanding the status and identifying blocking items.
Create and manage a communication rhythm for current plans and changes across critical workstreams.
Assist in decision-making by gathering data, analyzing information, and presenting recommendations to the Growth leadership team.
Responsible for the ROB calendar across teams to ensure operational and resource efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Magic Leap, including product, business development, developers relations, legal, marketing, and PR.
Enable Data Hygiene and Insights
Communicate and coordinate Growth team business requirements with internal stakeholders (i.e. Business Technology Solutions (BTS), Sales Enablement, Sales Operations) to support process enhancements, system feature requests, reporting/dashboard development, and insight gathering.
Work collaboratively with Commercial Sales, Sales Enablement, and BTS organizations to understand the data flow across the “Lead to Cash” Motion and related applications; proactively identify opportunities and lead initiatives to increase data quality and forecasting accuracy.
Provide administrative support and guidance to enable achievement of data accuracy and hygiene, including identification of incorrect/incomplete data via reporting and research tasks.
Develop ad hoc reporting, modeling, and analyses focused on the identification of insights aligned with Growth team business objectives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Salesforce.com experience
Tableau experience strongly preferred
Experience in partnering with sales, finance, and marketing organizations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of technical and business aspects of projects
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience in Sales operations and forecasting activities strongly preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
