About the Job We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Life360 Core App team. In this high level IC role, you’ll own a key strategic pillar of the Life360 experience and business. Your goal will be to elevate this pillar into a world class experience that is used by daily Life360’s millions of users, driving expanded revenue and engagement for the Life360 business. You’ll do this by: Working to shape the high level goals and product strategy in a highly ambiguous area with little guidance and bring Executive Leadership along for the ride Developing a charming and delightful user experience with Product Design Turning the strategy & design into a high impact tactical roadmap Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, design, and others to execute on the roadmap Delivering impact for Life360 by expanding the reach and providing depth of value with the pillar You'll work among engineers and operators in a fast-growing environment. The role requires technical knowledge, structured problem-solving skills, and sound product & business judgment. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and delivering world class consumer experiences that drive growth and engagement.  The salary range for this position is $175,000-$230,000 . We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a product strategy & roadmap through close collaboration with senior leadership, other PMs, Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering Be the product owner driving a holistic, delightful experience throughout the full user lifecycle leveraging multiple product surfaces and out of product channels Defining, documenting, and communicating objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases Being an adept and charismatic cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with other teams, including leadership, product designers, data, and engineering Communicating progress towards milestones through development status updates and documentation; reporting on and resolving roadblocks Own the performance of the product, define metrics for success and failure, ensuring that the product achieves its objectives What We’re Looking For 8+ years of product management working on consumer facing digital experiences with >10mm MAU scale Proven excellence in defining a winning product strategy and driving its tactical execution. Bonus for having done so in complex consumer experiences Experience developing delightful product experiences that stand out from the pack Focus and thoughtfulness on data and analytics to solve problems while being experienced enough to know the limitations of data Proven track record of consistently engaging with customers Experience in effectively working with multiple teams for collaboration and company-wide project delivery Tenacity to keep issues top of mind of relevant stakeholders and conviction to stand-by decisions Time management skills and ability to prioritize independently Ability to coach & mentor less experienced PMs Location Expectations Life360 is a remote first company.
