About the Job The Fulfillment Operations Manager is a key player at Life360. This person will manage all aspects of order management, fulfillment and logistics for our customers in all channels. The Fulfillment Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations and Customer Care in optimizing processes and problem solving. This person will be responsible for managing 3PL. They will be accountable for inbound & outbound shipments, KPI attainment, inventory management, performance to cost budget, and cost improvement initiatives.  What You’ll Do Communicate with Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Care on fulfillment and logistics issues.  Manage all 3PLs ensuring timely accurate delivery of all orders  Lead weekly calls (daily during peak season) with 3PLs Lead quarterly QBRs and assure achievement of all key metrics Monitor day to day inbound & outbound freight from our 3PLs. Maintain customer delivery time SLAs (for B2C and B2B customers)  Generate clear and concise reports on KPI data: order execution, returns and backlog status.  Investigate and resolve all fulfillment operations issues, including  inventory discrepancies, unfulfilled shipments, and processing errors  Monitor EDI and ASNs transmissions Manage all inventory, minimizing exposure to lost inventory by managing and auditing 3PL cycle count programs, performing monthly inventory reconciliations, and coordinating all inventory adjustments with Finance Manage RMA process for retailers to assure timely credits to Retailers and Distributors as well as managing B-stock to minimize scrap inventory and maximize yield on returns. Manage process improvement initiatives for responsible regions  Support any new regional expansion requirements including input on site location and vendor selection Collaborate with Sales and  Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasts are delivered in regular cadence to our 3PL partners to ensure KPI attainment and minimize cost Manage all packaging, dunnage and shipping decisions to reduce cost and minimize damages Participate in annual budgeting process Manage all special projects as needed  What We’re Looking For 7+ years experience in global retail and direct to consumer operations; preferably in CE industry  Deep understanding of  Fulfillment Operations cycles, inventory management, forecasting, and 3PL order management  Proficiency in Excel required, incl. proficiency in use of pivot tables, V-lookups, sumifs, etc. Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and EDI (incl. EDI setups and troubleshooting of EDI failures) Experience with managing deliveries to Amazon Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Flexible; the role interfaces with international teams (APAC, NA) Willingness to learn and wear multiple hats   Self starter; excellent multi-tasker; able to work independently Comfortable working in a high paced environment with frequent interruptions  Good Judgment. Can gather information, weigh relevant factors and make quick, high-quality decisions based on data, trends, and past experience with little guidance.  Quality in Performance.
