If you'd like to build the world's best deep learning cloud, join us.  About the Role We are looking for a self-motivated and professional Quality Engineer to join our Operations team. As a Quality Engineer, you will develop and manage quality systems, processes and procedures to assure people and product safety, quality and site compliance. This role will be responsible for creating and driving the plan to ensure the organization is ISO 9001:2015 audit ready, working cross-functionally to prepare for this initiative .  What You’ll Do Develop a plan and implement the necessary processes and procedures to enable ISO 9001:2015 certification Create and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate quality standards for manufacturing processes, including but not limited to: incoming inspection, assembly, test, QA and shipping Apply statistical methodology including capability studies and analysis, statistical process control, design of experiments, and measurement systems analysis, among other techniques and tools, to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Design and implement quality training programs across the manufacturing team and wider Lambda organization to build a quality culture Create and administer a system of monitoring customer complaints and associated CAPAs Build and own a process providing visibility and accountability for RMA management Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), method of measuring and reporting to drive quality improvements throughout the organization. Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards You Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 7-10 years of quality engineering work experience Proficient with structured methodologies including but limited to good engineering practices, quality by design, design space, & process control strategies to be employed during industrial process design, validation and control Strong team and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead and influence others to make positive change. Ability to work with, assist, and influence Manufacturing Engineers Nice to Have  Lean Certification Experience with design controls, design verification and validation activities and root cause analysis tools.
