If you'd like to build the world's best deep learning cloud, join us.  *NOTE: This role will require travel to our data centers across the U.S. What You'll Do Lead, manage, and grow Lambda’s data center operations teams  Oversee the design, deployment, footprint expansion and daily operations across Lambda’s data center footprint Lead capacity planning, vendor management and footprint expansion supporting Lambda’s S&OP plan for the next 6-18 months  Improve and establish processes and systems that boost the efficiency and overall performance of our data centers Deploy Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in Lambda’s data centers to measure infrastructure performance in real-time, customer ticket closure, drive continuous improvement and ensure customer SLA’s are met Develop plan on how we deploy new capex for data center infrastructure within 30 days at minimum Ensure projects are delivered on time and roadblocks are quickly removed for the team You Proven track record in managing multi-site data centers Led rapid data center capacity expansion and scaling projects Are strategic, operationally excellent, and empathetic Are focused on the impact of your team and the well-being of your team members   Excel at hiring, mentoring, and professional development Nice To Have Experience with data center networking Experience with machine learning Experience with high performance computing Experience working in a startup environment Upcoming projects Deploying a new data center Launching MES in a data center environment  About Lambda We offer generous cash & equity compensation.
