Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications, designing and adding automated tests to validate code quality. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is a quality evangelist, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This is primarily an automated testing role, and a chance to learn and improve your test automation skills using cutting edge techniques. Role & Responsibilities Develop test plans that cover functional, integration, and regression testing scenarios Ensure high quality software is delivered in each release, analyze test results to identify and report defects, and work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues Work closely with the product team to ensure that all requirements are adequately tested, develop testing strategies for end-to-end testing and support UAT   Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products, maintain the daily regression  Support manual QA testing efforts in conversion of manual test cases into automated ones, improve the automation coverage Coordinate testing efforts across teams to ensure delivery of high-quality features Create test reports, analyze data, summarize information, and present results to the relevant audience  Mentor junior members of the eng team in QA best practices and provide technical guidance as needed Experience & Qualifications 4+ years of solid software testing experience with frontend and backend testing Experience with test automation using Python; Selenium is a plus Experience with SQL, API testing using swagger/postman, UI testing and familiar with aws services and event driven product.  Experience developing and executing manual and automated test suites based on engineering and customer specifications Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Zephyr Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams About Jetty At Jetty , we know renting a home can be a financial challenge.
