Production Manager

Jackpocket is the first mobile lottery app in the U.S. that offers players a secure way to order official state lottery tickets, such as Powerball, Mega Millions, and more, via their smartphones. We're creating a more convenient, fun, and responsible way to play the lottery by modernizing the $300B global lottery market with a mobile platform that everyone, including grandma, can feel good about. We are launching a new live game show product and are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the live shows. You will be responsible for setting up the technical aspects for running the live stream and working with talent to produce, direct, and add visual themes and concepts to the show. Res ponsibilities Setup and oversee the technical aspects for running the live stream, including video and audio equipment, software, and internet connection Coordinate with the talent, production, design, and technical teams to ensure that the show runs smoothly and meets production standards Direct the show and add visual themes and concepts to enhance the viewer experience Ensure that the show starts and ends on time, and that any technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently Manage the production schedule, including planning and executing rehearsals and live shows Maintain and update equipment and software as needed to ensure that the production is of high quality Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain viewers Continuously evaluate and improve the production to ensure that it meets the needs of our audience Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in live production, with a focus on live streaming Technical knowledge of video and audio equipment, software, and internet streaming platforms Strong leadership skills, with experience managing talent, production equipment, camera, and audio tech Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visual themes and concepts for the show Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with talent and production team members Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to grow with the new product and wear multiple hats as needed Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications  Comfortable editing scripts and copy for shows Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies  The base compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 This is a full-time exempt position and is not eligible for overtime under FLSA requirements.
