Analytics Manager, Marketing

Jackpocket is the first mobile lottery app in the U.S. that offers players a secure way to order official state lottery tickets, such as Powerball, Mega Millions, and more, via their smartphones. We're creating a more convenient, fun, and responsible way to play the lottery by modernizing the $300B global lottery market with a mobile platform that everyone, including grandma, can feel good about. Jackpocket is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead reporting and analytics for User Acquisition. Reporting to the Director of Analytics you will partner with Digital UA, Offline Media, and Partnerships teams to provide data-driven intelligence that results in efficient and accurate decision making. You will have exposure to the full data analytics stack from defining raw data and data pipelines to developing the data model in our reporting layer and building dynamic dashboards.     Responsibilities Create, develop, and maintain reports/dashboards for the UA team Work with APIs and data engineering teams to automate data collection from marketing partners Develop data pipelines and data models to support UA needs Own relationships with external agencies and attribution partners Reconciliation of spend reporting to invoices to ensure accurate financials Evaluation of campaign performance across multiple channels with a focus on CPA and ROAS Iterate on attribution rules and identifying best sources of data to measure channel performance Mentor analytics team members and QA code Mine data for actionable insights Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner Qualifications 5+ years experience in a marketing analytics role with a focus on UA preferred Highly proficient in SQL with a natural inclination for rigorous self-QA Excel/Google Sheets master  Expert user of BI/data visualization tools Experience working with data from an MMP such as Appsflyer Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL Deep understanding of mobile attribution, cohort analysis and LTV modeling Proven track record taking ownership of analytics projects in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who can collaborate with various teams to achieve success Ability to write specifications for technical tasks Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form; intellectually curious, driven, and a creative problem-solver Preferred Qualifications Looker experience (both development of LookML and creation of dashboards) Google Cloud experience (BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage) Knowledge of dbt and Fivetran Managed / supervised junior analysts Experience in a start-up environment Working knowledge of statistical techniques (regression, k-means clustering, PCA) Why Jackpocket?
