Imagen Technologies is a high growth healthcare startup enabling patients to be diagnosed, treated, and managed at their primary care appointment (vs. having to refer out to hospitals, imaging centers and other slow and expensive options). Today, we’ve built an AI-enabled platform that enables patients to receive immediate diagnostic tests, immediate results, and immediate next steps – all in a single Primary Care appointment. For example: through our platform, women across the U.S. are now receiving comprehensive breast imaging, results, and specialist-driven next steps at their local Primary Care office, condensing a multi-month diagnostic journey into 60 minutes.  With over $135m in funding from Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S. - from 7 states and 50,000 patients in 2022, to 16 states and 500,000 patients in 2023. By 2026, we will be delivering care across 35 states and to more than 5m patients per year.   Our team is seeking to bring on its first in-house Executive Recruiter. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO and board members to provide recruitment support and consultation. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the full executive search process, including innovative sourcing and attraction, candidate management, and offer negotiation. Your efforts' outcomes will directly impact Imagen’s future growth, culture, and ability to scale. Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end executive recruiting process for multiple, complex executive searches Work side by side with our CEO and members of our executive leadership team providing strategic guidance and advice on role requirements and target profiles Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key internal stakeholders Build and maintain talent networks within the industry to establish a consistent pipeline and connections to the larger market. Conduct thorough research and sourcing, utilizing and managing external sourcers as necessary Lead regular search progress meetings to keep key stakeholders updated and aligned, offering strategic guidance and support Execute a high-caliber candidate experience, driving candidate communication and progression and advising leaders to ensure timeliness and efficient decision-making Share profiles, intelligence, and best practices to continuously enhance the executive recruiting function's knowledge base. Foster meaningful relationships with candidates and key internal stakeholders Qualifications : 3+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience 2+ years of experience managing executive search processes Have a track record of building meaningful relationships with both executive level candidates and key internal stakeholders Exceptional communication and organizational skills Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and their teams Ability to partner with and influence multiple key stakeholders, bringing to the table a solid emphasis on accountability and interpersonal skills.   Project management skills Our headquarters are based in New York, NY and this job is conducted remotely. The base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $180,000, plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
