What you get to do every day
Create and perform test scripts, including integration testing
Perform Salesforce project and case deployments effectively
Provide incident resolution oversight for all technical production issues
Define best practices, quality gates and static code evaluation to ensure code base is optimal and train and support team members to follow appropriate processes
Sandbox Management and perform data backups / data recovery (as needed)
What you will accomplish
Develop and implement automation strategies to deliver high quality releases including regression and integration testing
Own release management for project releases and quick wins
Oversee production support, root cause analysis, and incident resolution to enable fast feedback loops
Manage Salesforce releases and production/sandbox management
Build preventive monitoring and alerting
What you bring to the role
Need to have:
5+ years experience in Salesforce DevOps for enterprise Salesforce org
Salesforce certified
Strong knowledge of Salesforce release management and proven ability to plan, schedule, execute deployment and rollback plans
Strong expertise in troubleshooting complex production issues
Must possess a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and motivation
Nice to have:
Experience with Github, gearset and change set deployment
Experience using and building version controlled (in-repository) CI/CD pipelines on modern tools
Good understanding on the Salesforce architecture, terminologies, components, releases, and version propagation
Good understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
Experience working with and directing third-party Application Development teams

Compensation - The salary range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $130,000 - $150,000 . Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
