This is a remote position based in the East and Southeast region, but will be supporting the South team, which includes South Atlantic, Southeast and Florida. We’re looking for a fast, creative, forward-thinking, meticulously organized, and self-motivated professional who lives by the 10X rule. You’re the right fit for this role if you are comfortable with figuring things out as you go, default to action, and adapt to additional responsibilities which may span across revenue marketing and sales enablement. What you get to do every  day Support the Account Executives by creating content they need to accelerate their pipeline and close deals (custom proposals, presentations, email templates, collateral) Work with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to develop, plan and execute partner campaigns, partner events, and creating content they need to accelerate their partner referrals (presentations, social, and co-branded partner collateral) Provide tech tool support and train on best practices to AEs and PAMs on Outreach, Highspot, and Chilipiper Work closely with the revenue enablement team to develop, execute, and train on programs and initiatives for Account Executives  and PAMs to maximize the efficiency in their roles Own, drive, and manage the weekly huddle calendar - working closely with cross-functional teams on putting together content that will help the Account Executives and Partner Account Managers be more knowledgeable and effective in their roles Drive and manage ad-hoc projects and marketing campaigns from start to finish - including developing go-to-market strategies, reporting analysis, and training with the goal of driving more bookings You’ll be working closely with sales leadership, enablement, Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, and the broader marketing team to drive buying cycle velocity Working in partnership with the partner and growth marketing team to have consistent messaging and positioning to maximize your contributions while supporting cross-functional initiatives It’s a dynamic environment- there is so much more that we are going to ask of you - are you up for it? What you bring to the role 4+ years of relevant experience (field marketing, sales marketing, sales enablement) Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills – you have the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical team members Strong skills in creating custom presentations and writing email templates tailored to a specific audience Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is a constant Self-starter, ability to lead innovative, entrepreneurial efforts and drive for excellence Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members Familiarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, Highspot, and Outreach a plus Please feel free to apply to this position even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements listed above. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data.
