The Implementation Core Team is the backbone of the Revenue team and keeps the entire organization running smoothly. As a member of this team, you will help lead the processes and adherence to procedures of our Conversion Team, helping plan sponsors finalize the transfer of assets to Human Interest, and successfully complete the conversion of their 401(k) plans.
What you get to do every day
Partner with the Customer Onboarding Specialist and Operations to ensure incoming plan assets and data are complete and accurate
Monitor for and process incoming assets for the conversion of retirement plans from multiple recordkeeping companies
Assist in developing process improvements, using experience in the role and the industry to find efficiencies and develop best practices
Work cross-functionally within our organization to make sure customer needs are met
Actively monitor communication channels and see where help is needed, as well as identifying bigger themes
Liaise with prior recordkeepers to ensure timely transfer of assets and data
Other duties as assigned
What you bring to the role
1-3 years working in a position directly with incoming plan conversions in the retirement services sector
Previous experience in reconciliation and/or parsing large data packets
ASPPA Certification/Credentialing of RPF, QKA, QKC, QPA, or CPC (or commitment to quickly obtain certification/credentialing)preferred
A “people person” who truly enjoys interacting with clients and recordkeepers, and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our internal partners or external recordkeepers, keeping them on track
A passion for process; constantly on the lookout for inefficiencies that can be improved
Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss
Strong written and oral communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
A positive attitude, a team player, and highly collaborative

Compensation - The hourly range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $31.25 - $36.07. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
