As an Engineering Manager on our Integrations team, you will lead a high-performing engineering team that manages integrations to hundreds of payroll providers. As reliability is key to earning our customers’ trust, you will build robust systems that are observable, maintainable, and scalable.

What you bring to the role
5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
2+ years of experience managing other managers
Demonstrated track record of developing mission critical integrations to third parties
Strong ownership mentality: you love to dive deep and solve customer problems
Excellent verbal and written communication: you can discuss complex technical concepts to engineers and non-engineers alike
Ability to learn, think creatively, and share knowledge with others

Compensation - The salary range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $172,000 - $230,000 . Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
