We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join our Revenue Operations & Strategy function and work closely with cross functional teams to support our fast-growing business. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively to tackle some of the most critical challenges we face as a business.    Reporting to our Senior Manager of Strategic Projects in Revenue Operations, you will act as a strategic partner to the organization and focus on business changing initiatives that allow the business to scale. With an emphasis on project management, implementation and documentation, this role is a key to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to thrive working independently and with a diverse set of stakeholders.    This is a key role within the Revenue Operations and Strategy team, with broad strategic responsibilities, an opportunity to directly influence the trajectory of the business, and significant growth potential. The individual must be highly motivated, a self-starter with a strong track record of achievements, and both an obsession for our customers and bias for action.      Here’s what you’ll do:     Create data driven business cases for strategic projects Drive the initiatives from inception through implementation and work with cross functional partners to set and achieve deliverables while adhering to deadlines Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments are included to ensure team actions remain in synergy  Delegate tasks within projects and ensure owners can deliver on time  Make effective decisions throughout projects to ensure output is strategic Communicate with executives on projects, goals and ROI Bring an analytical mindset to every opportunity using data to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement Utilize existing tech solutions (i.e. Salesforce, Confluence, Jira, Looker) as well as research new systems to align with growth initiatives Support other operational functions as assigned by management.    Here’s what we're looking for:     3-5 years of project management experience, leading large-scale cross functional initiatives.  Project management certifications (PMP) preferred Experience as a cross-functional influencer who has successfully scaled organizations Experience developing project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs, milestones, objective measures of success and deliverables Experience using data to drive decisions, set goals, achieve targets, and make business decisions Advanced project management software knowledge (Jira, Confluence, Asana) Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with varying deliverables, exercising decisiveness and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders, must host regular project meetings and send written communications   Proven track record of implementing complex business requirements within multiple projects    Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed   Ability to evaluate project performance and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction A natural sense of urgency and ability to function in ambiguity Cash compensation :  The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000/year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
