We are looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to accelerate new customer acquisition through paid digital channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for building and executing a paid digital marketing strategy. You will be charged with scaling customer acquisition, developing tests to increase conversion rates, partnering with RevOps to build and analyze paid media reporting, and optimizing campaigns to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary owner for the management of Hotel Engine’s acquisition marketing channels and programs which include but are not limited to SEM, programmatic display/retargeting, content syndication, paid social, direct buy/co-marketing, etc.
Work in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing on demand gen strategy development and execution
Own the day-to-day management of programs, including launching, reporting, experimenting and optimizing campaigns and platform bid strategies
Manage audience segmentation leveraging both 1 st and 3 rd party market, vertical and product-level user data
Partner with internal content and graphic design teams to build collateral (content, landing pages, banner ads, etc.) that powers demand gen campaigns and programs
Manage digital marketing budget and demonstrate a deep understanding of spend effectiveness
Analyze channel, campaign and program performance to drive continuous improvement and optimizations
Clearly and proactively communicate results to leadership and other team members, succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformance
Inform recommendations for acquisition strategies such as new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies and targeting options
Manage relationship with paid search agency partner

Additional qualifications include:
5+ years of related, hands-on experience in demand generation or paid acquisition
Highly skilled in all paid search and social platforms with a demonstrated ability to drive customer acquisition through ground-up strategies
Experience with programmatic, display and content syndication vendors
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Looker is a plus
Moderate proficiency in tools like SEMRush, Crazy Egg, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce.com
Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and data is a plus
Understanding OR desire to learn and build knowledge around marketing principles, media strategies and tactics
Experience managing large media budgets and multi-channel paid marketing campaigns
Energetic and driven, with the ability to execute campaigns with speed and efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Cash compensation:
The base salary range for this role starts at $120,000-$135,000/year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
