What You’ll Be Doing:  We are looking for a Finance Associate to help build the finance vertical of Grow Therapy. You will own various key workstreams such as maintaining our company model, owning state tax registrations/obligations, auditing spend to drive insights & opportunities, and tech-enabling our financial spend & reporting systems. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team reporting into Strategic Finance Manager and working closely with our CEO. Your responsibilities will include:  Manage communications with our accounting, tax, and compliance partners to increase internal financial visibility and improve current processes Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to assist with financial planning and analysis Proactively seek cost saving initiatives and develop innovate ways to assess and track business performance Prepare ad hoc financial and strategic analysis on projects with the executive team and department leads Manage and track revenue and expense reporting by scrubbing payments and invoices on a recurring basis Salary range: $105k-135k  You’ll Be a Good Fit If: Candidates based in NYC highly preferred 1-4 years of finance experience in investment banking, accounting, startups, or other relevant finance roles Highly analytical / quantitative with technical financial knowledge; Excellent in excel Highly organized and thoughtful; has experience with managing multiple high velocity workstreams simultaneously Ability to manage large sets of data and build reports to effectively communicate financial impacts with internal and external parties Team-oriented and willing to do jump into ad hoc special projects in fast-paced environments [Bonus] Proficient in SQL If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply.
