The Design Collection Assistant will work directly with the Design and Creative teams to create visual and digital tools that bring their collections to life. They will gain a deep understanding of the design process from concept to finished product. This role is pivotal in presenting a focused design perspective through clear visual and digital tools. The Design Collection Assistant should exhibit attributes of a good team member and collaborator and sees constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow and learn. They will play a key supporting role in how all collections are presented to the cross functional teams. The level of precision on the work performed will directly impact the success of the information being delivered and how the design team will be perceived across the organization. A unique role that bridges creativity and strategy, the Design Collection Assistant will have exposure and opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the design process. This role will bridge work between the Design Team and the Creative Team. This role will report into the Color & Pattern Design Manager. This is a full-time role based at our San Francisco office headquarters in the Mission neighborhood with a hybrid work schedule. Your day-to-day: Assist the Color & Pattern Design Manager and Chief Creative Officer in the creation of seasonal presentations that illustrate the quarterly collections, design strategy, and styling direction. Build collection overviews in digital format that show aligned assortment by month. Assist in the creation of physical and digital Color, Concept and Mood Boards. Support digital file management and organization. Gain Proficiency in style tracking and management tools and databases (MAP, MDD, WFX). Support Design in coloring cads, and tech-pack creation.  We'd love to hear from you if you have: Degree or equivalent experience in fashion design, graphic design (or similar) Fluent in drawing and illustration on Illustrator, Photoshop Proficient in presentation building software, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite  Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent communication skills Curiosity and desire to learn  The desire to work on a collaborative and diverse team that is dedicated to doing good for the planet and the consumer The Fine Print: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $27.50 - $31.50 .
