Product Managers are the advocate for the customer; defining problem statements and working collaboratively with stakeholders, engineering, design, and data to create simple, innovative, and performant experiences that improve customers’ lives and accelerate Everlane’s goals.  Everlane is in the midst of an operational systems transformation, building a robust merchandising, supply chain, inventory, financial management, and omni-channel commerce platform that will enable sustainable growth. This is a Product Manager role on our Business Systems team; focused on building, implementing and managing Everlane’s internal software solutions for a crucial pillar of this transformation. To do so, the ideal candidate would be able to work with stakeholders throughout the company to improve processes and translate business needs into technical solutions. Your day-to-day: Own the strategy and execution for a variety of products; creating a roadmap of shippable features or milestones on larger programs Manage and motivate cross-functional stakeholders to assess opportunities, define requirements for products/projects that solve customer pain points or achieve strategic objectives Responsible for organizing agile scrum ceremonies for a team of engineers and/or implementation consultants, break down requirements into technical scope, estimates, and end to end project plans Prioritize features based on business value and alignment to company strategies relative to effort, confidence and risk Set acceptance criteria, validate and roll out new feature, system and process enhancements Track key metrics to assess business opportunities and measure the success of features and projects We'd love to hear from you if you have: 3+ years of experience in a product management role supply chain, inventory management, logistics or retail/ecommerce operations Experience in creating consumer facing features in retail apparel industry is a huge plus Excellent cross-team communication, coordination and prioritization skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in various phases from ideation through delivery, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver on time and within budget Empathy and experience with working with coworkers from different backgrounds (e.g., engineers, designers, customer success associates, etc.) An entrepreneurial mindset and are self-motivated, and comfortable moving forward with little guidance; unafraid to make big, strategic decisions on a daily basis and comfortable justifying the decisions taken Passion for the Everlane brand and mission The Fine Print: If you are a Colorado resident, this is for you: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation for this role starts at a minimum annual salary $81,000. The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.  If you are a New York resident, this is for you : At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation for this role starts at a minimum annual salary $90,000 - $109,000 - $124,000. The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.  If you are a California resident, this is for you:  At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $114,000 - $130,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
