About the role As a Senior Designer, you are expected to represent depth in the craft of visual design. You will often be the backbone of your projects from beginning to end. You will plan, prioritize, and deliver visual design activities autonomously, in the context of interdisciplinary projects. You will lead conversations within your domain, providing articulate recommendations and helping guide design choices.  Your designs will help drive the following: The value of our products and services through multiple marketing and sales channels How our products work and how to use them daily for clients and teams Future concepts and ideas for our products and solutions  The path to success will understand: How to drive projects forward by gathering necessary information and resources, identifying gaps and solving design problems. Finding opportunities to build, extend and advance the communication of our offerings Having a passion for future forward technologies and the value to businesses and industries Responsibilities Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions Create scalable design language systems for typography, color, components, and layouts Support design efforts for digital consumer and enterprise products Design brand identities and brand collateral Evolve our brand expression Drive collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align from the design purpose to the execution roadmap Frame a vision for art direction, photography, and illustration to reinforce product/service vision Create assets which tell the story of our product in an impactful way Requirements 4+ years of professional visual design experience (although you might have had a different job title like “art director”) Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work Confident presentation and storytelling abilities Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the visual design lead Proficiency with contemporary design tools and methods Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters with your team 4-5 days per week Application As part of your application, please include a link or PDF of your portfolio of recent work, highlighting your abilities and experience relevant to the role, with specific examples of how you work, think, collaborate, and contribute to great design outcomes. Job Compensation Range: The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $155,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
