Senior Manager, Care Operations at Elemy The Senior Manager of Care Operations will lead the team responsible for the onboarding and ongoing delivery of care to Elemy patients and families. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of rigorous operational excellence, deep empathy for patients and families, and strong people leadership. They should also have experience leveraging technology to help operational teams improve efficiency and quality at scale. This person will work very closely with leaders across the broader organization to deliver best-in-class experiences for families.   What You’ll Do: Manage a high-performing operations team focused on delivery amazing care to Elemy’s families Continuously improve the quality of care delivered while also ensuring growth and efficiency targets are met Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to develop recommendations to complex cross-functional challenges or opportunities, obtain cross-functional alignment, and work with the business to ensure successful implementation.  Structure problems in a way that you can identify the root cause, articulate trade-offs, and execute flawlessly.  Work closely across the entire business on the highest important strategic initiatives. You’ll work most closely with our global operations team, but also closely with functions like product management, engineering, design, finance, people, and our clinical team. Who You Are: Leadership experience in business operations at a high-growth company  Highly structured and analytical thinking. Ability to simplify complex problems and propose solutions using first principles  Excellent communication, including a willingness to have difficult conversations to resolve tensions and find solutions Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth, and ambiguous environment. The actual salary may be different depending upon qualifications, experience, and other factors permitted by law. The range listed is just one component of Elemy’s total compensation package.
