Senior Data Analyst, Operations
Elemy is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our Operations organization, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and other critical business functions to devise and execute measurement strategies to optimize efficiencies on our platform. Elemy’s mission is to create a multi-party platform (patients, providers, payors, etc.) that streamlines families’ ability to seek behavioral therapy. The Senior Data Analyst will drive operational initiatives that inform product decisions employing data-driven methodologies.
What You’ll Do
Drive analyses across multiple interactions with our platform to identify user pain points and optimize the user experience
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to support operational roadmaps and key strategic decisions based on data-driven insights
Uncover insights using sophisticated dashboards and present findings to cross-functional leaders
Manage analytics lifecycle from concept to delivery
Drive quantitative analyses, ad hoc reporting, testing strategies, and modeling to validate operational decisions
Who You Are
The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of experience supporting high-growth companies, preferably in a startup and / or marketplace environment, to improve operational performance employing sophisticated data analysis techniques
BA/BS or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Previous experience working with relational databases such as SQL, Looker, R, or similar platforms
Proven experience tackling complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
Excellent collaborative and prioritization skills coupled with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
Previous people management experience is a plus
