Being an Elemy Affiliate BCBA Provider:
We know that it is critical to explore new ways to support BCBAs, so we all can support as many children as possible with the care they need, and we are looking for entrepreneurial BCBAs to partner with.
Elemy provides the infrastructure for BCBAs to set up, expand, and manage their own ABA practices. This includes access to clients, RBTs, technology, billing, and payor support. In this arrangement, the BCBA provides behavioral services to clients and manages a small team of BT and RBTs.
Entrepreneurial BCBAs who wish to prioritize delivering high-quality care on their own terms, with the autonomy to manage and control their schedule, clinical network, patient load, and income, are ideal for this partnership.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement effective ABA treatment plans and programs
Conduct initial and annual re-assessments of children virtually or in-person, contingent on payor guidelines
Select, manage, and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure the provision of high-quality services
Develop treatment plans for the family and insurance companies
Communicate with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide care, as well as updates related to care
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Required:
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
Valid BCBA Certification
Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
Strong oral and written communication skills
Successful completion of a background check
Ability to travel as needed
