Position Overview   As a Client Executive you are responsible for generating more bookings from Diligent’s existing customer base by selling additional solutions from our risk and compliance ecosystem.   Key Responsibilities   Work closely with marketing to strategically increase lead generation within your territory Own the full sales cycle from marketing sourced leads through to close After identifying the customers’ needs, you will collaborate and work with various internal stakeholders and SMEs to build a strategic plan on how we can best solve the customers’ needs Articulate compelling value propositions and deliver your strategic plan using CoM Lead sales evaluations through to InfoSec, Procurement, and Legal reviews Effective pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce and MEDDICC Exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives Required Experience/Skills:   This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, qualified candidates have:  Proven track record with 4+ years in a SaaS/Cloud or technology related role (business development, sales engineering, or consulting background) A curious mindset and the ability to seamlessly unearth customer challenges Direct experience working with C-level executives and/or multiple stakeholders on complex multi-use case projects Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on what’s most important Preferred Qualifications:   Multi-year experience in selling cloud-based solutions to customers Strong sales and business acumen, including experience applying MEDDICC Technical background in Audit, Risk, Compliance, Security or Data Analytics FSLA Status: Exempt   What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
