Position Overview
The Sales Enablement Specialist will work with the Director of Sales Enablement to drive impactful sales training programs and GTM initiatives for the APAC region. Managing and delivering a broad range of strategic sales training programs aligned to the Diligent sales methodology including that include product enhancements, executional strategy and GTM initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a sales enablement professional looking to join a growing organization as a hands-on, individual contributor, who thrives when working directly with reps of varying levels of tenure and Sales Managers, delivering ILT/vILT, facilitating workshops, and providing 1:1 coaching. For this role, we are considering candidates located in Singapore or Sydney, Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop deep subject matter expertise in MEDDICC and Command of Message sales methodology and achieve train-the-trainer certification. Upon receiving certification, facilitate and deliver Command of Message quarterly workshops to the global sales organization.
Oversee day-to-day execution of all APAC sales enablement programming. This includes the scheduling, coordination, logistics, communications and tracking for delivery of in-person, on-line and e-learning sales training.
Ensures that all e-learning, classroom, field, and other training materials are regionally augmented; manages and maintains the collection of training materials to ensure that key products, features, and sales tools are adequately represented to help sales be more successful.
Provides regular updates to key stakeholders. Collaborates with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other relevant internal partners to create and showcase the skills, tools, products, and features/functionality that should be represented in all training materials.
Consistently optimizes sales enablement programming, implementing, and eliminating materials (when necessary) to ensure relevancy when delivering sales training/content for the APAC region.
Responsible for management, administration and adoption of skills development, measurement, reinforcement platforms and content library for APAC region.
Track key success metrics specific to sales enablement initiatives to show return on investment (ROI) and overall impact.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as/when needed.
Required Experience/Skills:
Experience and knowledge in the use of sales tools and technology including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Repository Management Systems (CRM) and Salesforce.
Experience monitoring, maintaining, and managing sales methodology (Command of Message and MEDDICC preferred) to drive sales skills development and measurement.
Minimum 2 + years' selling experience in technology industry (enterprise sales motion preferred).
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to satisfy two key areas: [1] Understanding and communicating of our products and services as described in all videos/e-learnings and training materials and sales collateral and [2] Partner with internal key stakeholders who will need help in the build of scripts, consults on project priorities, provide product pipeline information to ensure that the e-learning and other training projects can quickly adapt to fit sales and business needs.
Proven track record of project management and time management to ensure that programs developed are relevant and aligned with sales and business needs and objectives.
Experienced critical thinker/problem solver who is self-motivated, personable, and empathetic with specific attention to detail.
Consistently curious about sales and product developments and gaining familiarity and expertise in multiple practice areas.
Can translate information into understanding through e-learning modules and other relevant training materials.
Ability to work in a fast paced, global, detail-oriented environment.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
