Position Overview As a member of the web development team, the development team will play an integral role in improving Diligent online experience across multiple sites ensuring uptime, outstanding user experience that drives conversions. We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences whilst building out our web design system. The ideal candidate will have an eye for clean and artful web design, with excellent interface design skills. The Web Development team in Hungary will be part of a global digital team of 30 and will be integral to building out solutions that help empower others within Diligent to publish their own materials. Key Responsibilities : Design crystal-clear, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes Create laser-focused artifacts (user flow, persona, wireframes, storyboards, etc.) An ability to balance a focus of a UI’s details, with the bigger picture Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, at all levels Own the entirety of your work, from sketch to prototype to handoff Refine, maintain, and own our growing web design system Systemize the design process for future designers Implement research, testing and experimentation Required Experience/Skills: 5+ years of user-experience design required Beautiful design portfolio containing real-world projects Excellent skills in Figma Comfort generating ideas on paper or whiteboard Ability to organize your work, document your solutions and show your process What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
