Position Overview:
We are a team locally based in different Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico) and the United States. The team is composed of 5 Sales Representatives, 3 Partner Sales Managers, 1 Solutions Engineer, 1 Marketing and Business Development, and our Chief Revenue Officer. We currently have a strong tenured team in our LatAm region and seeking to expand in the LatAm region. Our team is committed to our goals and are passionate about supporting the LatAm market.
The Marketing and Business Development Specialist will report into LatAm’s Head of Marketing, and will help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. This role will also require the coordination and execution of events such as custom events, trade shows and/or conferences. The LatAm Marketing team serves the region, from Mexico to Argentina, it crucial to be a Native Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker and have professional proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities
Support LATAM marketing team’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, webinars, or content marketing.
Coordinate webinar and in-person events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy (Spanish and/or Portuguese), and scheduling.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and generating reports.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
Required Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
Spanish and/or Portuguese (native), and English (fluent)
1-3 years of experience in marketing
Knowledge of Salesforce
Preferred Experience/Skills
knowledge of Wrike and Marketo programs (preferred)
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
