Position Overview
Diligent is looking for a collaborative individual to support our rapidly growing Customer Success and Services teams across the Americas. The Customer Success Specialist will play an instrumental role in supporting the Services and Customer Success functions by providing strong administrative and implementation support to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting Services and Customer Success Teams with first level technical support during and after implementation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required, and advanced to fluent level in Spanish. Portuguese or French language skills a plus.
Assist with highly sensitive requests or issue escalations as needed.
Fulfilling service desk requests as they arise, including updating and managing client sites, responding to product questions, and other customer queries as needed.
Daily data entry and administration support to the team. Daily use of our CRM system (previous knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial).
Required Experience/Skills:
High energy, positive attitude, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Process driven and enjoys learning new technology and software.
Excellent written and verbal skills with strong attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word.
Previous experience in administrative work.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
