We build high caliber, diverse teams by continually attracting top talent quarter after quarter.  Your Role As the first Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner in the Philippines, you’ll help scale our APAC teams by managing and supporting full lifecycle recruiting for some of our go-to-market departments including sales, customer success/support, professional services, and marketing. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex into supporting additional non-GTM organizations within the company. You’ll build talent pipelines and drive a process that delivers exceptional talent that brings an entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and a diversity of thought in how they work. This position reports directly to the Head of Global GTM Recruiting and will be based in our Philippines hub location. While onboarding and ramping for the first 30-60 days, this role will require the ability to work US core hours 9am - 5pm Pacific Time. Once fully ramped, the role will require up to 4-5 hours per week of overlap with US working hours. What You’ll Do  Source, screen, coordinate and assess talent that leads to offers, negotiation, and closing  Partner closely with management and other global Talent Acquisition Partners to attract talent that supports global lines of business Create a recruiting strategy for each role that improves the capabilities and diversity of each team Accelerate candidate engagement and improve candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process with consistent high-touch communication Collect, review and analyze data to identify alternatives when circumstances change  Identify innovative and creative sourcing techniques that yield strong results Identify additional opportunities to improve hiring Skills You’ll Bring   BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Four plus years of recruiting experience, in the areas of sales, marketing, customer experience/support for a high growth technology company Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability Third party recruitment experience a plus Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages Fluency in English is a must Tools and Platforms: Greenhouse ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, Hired, Gem, G-Suite Dialpad Benefits and Perks Equity, Balance, and Belonging At Dialpad, we strive to ensure that Dialers are free to bring their full selves to work each day, and champion the intersectionality that exists between gender identity, ethnicity, age, disability status, and the many other aspects of our greater humanity.
