Sales Commissions Analyst  Position Overview: Reporting to the Compensation Manager, the Sales Commissions Analyst will be a key partner of the Sales Commissions Team.  This role will be responsible for calculation of worldwide commission payments for various compensation plans with a strong focus on  accuracy, completeness and consistency. Calculate incentive payments for participants on a variable incentive plan and submit appropriate reports for payroll submission. Coordinate with the other members of the global incentives team on the calculation of the monthly commission accruals (across all commissionable groups), as well as monthly commission payment calculations Calculate sales commissions monthly, quarterly and annually Work with sales and sales operations leaders across multiple roles to gather information required for commission payment calculations Identify and resolve issues with commission calculations and payments  Manage tracking of individual Compensation Plans and reporting on Attainment to quota / target Monitor and resolve field inquiries regarding sales and compensation. Create and send compensation plan letters as well as track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness. Collaborate with team members on   Xactly Incent including creating, maintaining, and updating employee and plan data in Xactly Incent as well as updating quotas and distribution of individual compensation plans and testing results from Xactly. This position will be fully remote and align with US operations time zones.
