Position Overview: Revenue Operations represents the alignment between various Ops teams including, but not limited to, Marketing, Sales, and Customer ops. We focus on tools and processes to grow revenue while prioritizing efficiency and accountability among teams. The Database Analyst will work closely with the Manager, Revenue Ops to support all aspects of database quality & maintenance and lead routing efficiency, in relation to keys areas:
Lead Monitoring
Maintain an in-depth understanding of prospect/customer data sources such as Marketo, Salesforce.com and other internal systems.
Monitoring of daily reports to identify, investigate and fix gaps in real time, related to:
Lead quality, Lead Routing, Lead distribution, Lead volumes.
Data quality and completeness
Review Account level data for key segments; identify and clean up key data gaps.
Research companies/contacts using various internet sources (ie Linkedin, Zoominfo) to correct missing/inaccurate CRM data
Troubleshoot, escalate, and provide resolution steps for data quality issues.
Provide sound insight from data provided or gathered.
Report monthly database metrics.
Ad hoc projects
Work with Revenue Operations leaders on key data cleanup projects
Skills and Experience
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge/experience with Salesforce.com, Marketo, Ringlead, Zoominfo, Clearbit would be a strong asset.
Experience working within a sales or marketing operations environment within a software organization would be an asset.
Knowledge and understanding of the role of CRM and Marketing Automation systems in the organization with a focus on how leads flow through them.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels.
2+ years working with databases in a marketing/sales setting
Proactive self-starter, able to work unsupervised within agreed timeframes. High level of focus and energy
