About the Role:
We’re looking for a Collections Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a key role in decreasing DSO, streamlining daily processes and customer satisfaction while supporting internal and cross-functional teams to grow the business.
The base compensation range for this role is: $68,000 - $99,000
What you’ll be doing:
Work alongside current Collections Analyst to establish relationships with internal teams, cross functional teams, customers, key agencies and advertisers
Responsible for researching, analyzing root cause, and resolving past due collections in a timely manner through daily communication with customers
Assist in reducing the DSO and minimizing bad debt while focusing on building revenue.
Coordinate with team members to resolve all collections issues and manage large amounts of data by having a good working knowledge of billing and collections processes, including the monthly close
Responsible for daily cash application and resolving payment discrepancies with customers
Work closely with Sr. GL Accountant to resolve any open items for month-end cash reconciliation
Work closely with Customer Account managers to resolve payment issues to ensure a continued strong customer relationship
Provide recommendations and coordinate with other departments to recommend enhancements to collection processes to ensure a continued strong relationship with the customer
Execute on clearly defined KPI’s by managing reporting on cash collection trends an anticipated risks
Build relationships with key business partners including Sales, SalesOps, AdOps and Engineering to assist with transparency and drive operational excellence in QTC support.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
College degree optional
Microsoft Office experience required
Strong knowledge of Excel preferred (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to utilize independent judgment
Should be comfortable using and performing research with multiple computer systems.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as new tasks are assigned and changes to other tasks occur.
Must possess a high level of professionalism and flexibility in the performance of duties
