The Opportunity We’re hiring a highly motivated, experienced Staff Integrations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying and solving problems, and creating long-term solutions for our products. The candidate should have a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, you'll be: Engaging with customers to understand their integration requirements and identify any issues they may be experiencing. Collaborating with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs. Developing and maintaining technical expertise in our products, industry trends, and best practices related to integrations. Working closely with our partners to ensure that integrations are implemented correctly and any issues are addressed in a timely manner. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer integration experience and work with the appropriate teams to implement these improvements. Developing and delivering technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams as needed. Participating in technical discussions with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support. Hiring new engineers and mentoring other engineers in the team. About You 8+ years of experience as an Integrations Engineer or a similar role Strong experience in customer engagements, problem solving, and creating long-term solutions Strong understanding of API design and implementation, as well as data integration techniques and technologies Demonstrated experience in programming languages such as JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or Java Strong competency in SQL Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with monitoring related tools and frameworks like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ideal candidates will also have: Experience with or interest in Machine Learning, and more specifically in NLP/NLG Expertise in implementing CRM integrations with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications Join us and enjoy these perks!
