Opportunity Overview:
Cohere Health is looking for a leader to be the Director of Provider Success on our Customer Success team. This individual will be responsible for all provider success activities, practice onboarding, and platform adoption. They are responsible for all provider escalations, provider pilot outreaches, and initiatives. Responsible for leading a team of Provider Success Managers and Specialists to support Client Success. In this role, the Director will support the Senior Director of Customer Success in all aspects of client engagement and partnership including but not limited to the planning, directing, and oversight of new client onboarding, registration strategy and representation on Client Success operational meetings.

What you will do:
Build and grow a strong Provider Success team focused around 1. Provider and Plan escalations, 2. Steady state activities and 3. Provider onboarding.
Lead the team on project management and scaling to ensure client growth and all program initiatives are covered
Build out processes and infrastructure necessary to deliver Provider Success efforts at scale across multiple customers
Lead the team on forward thinking strategic initiatives for Practice Success throughout Cohere through data metrics and KPIs
Identify key provider abrasion trends within our high priority client base to strategically drive process improvements that will eliminate abrasion points
Partner with Cohere key account managers to drive a proactive approach to management of high priority customer issue resolution
Play different roles as needed to ensure that we are delivering for Cohere customers
Lead the team into doing above and beyond for our clients
Your background & requirements:
5+ Years Healthcare Experience
7+ Years Team Leadership/Direct Reports
3+ Years Provider / Practice Experience
Project Management
Implementations
Customer Success
Strategic Business Operations
Process Orientated
Communicates & presents well to all clients (internal & external)
10+ years of overall experience
BS/BA Required, MBA preferred
