Senior Software Engineer, Assessment Development

The Role As a  Senior Software Engineer, Assessment Development at CodeSignal, you will produce, extend and maintain standardized frameworks that help candidates show their skills in a fair interview process, and help our clients go beyond the noise in technical recruiting. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining questions to fill those standard frameworks with content relevant to the candidate's role and, simultaneously, providing a fair and consistent experience so teams can conduct unbiased and predictive evaluations. Every standard framework is backed by extensive research, so as an Assessment Developer, you will have the chance to participate in designing these new interview standards and incorporate them into the current interviewing industry.   We are looking for someone with practical software engineering experience, who is known for being detail oriented and driving best practices. We need someone passionate about producing high-quality, delightful challenges that fellow engineers enjoy solving.
