We work with some of the most recognizable organizations in the world to help them maximize the impact of their climate actions across their business, and are creating a new, exciting category at the intersection of enterprise software and climate tech.
Climate Club is building our Marketing organization and looking for an individual to partner with our founders to scale our product marketing, demand and lead generation, and category creation efforts. We are looking for a marketer who is entrepreneurial, has an attention to detail, is passionate about climate and excited to partner with sales to find and win business. You will have broad responsibilities including social, content, product launches and more. This role reports directly to the CEO.
What you’ll do:
Partner closely with Climate Club founders to identify and prioritize marketing needs then move to execution and measurement
Create clear and compelling messages that generate action from our ICPs
Launch new product features by identifying the benefits and communicating them across various channels while optimizing for impact
Review analytics and lead data to suggest and implement changes to campaigns and user journeys
Partner with the product and design team to schedule and prioritize work
Partner with sales to coordinate outbound and inbound tactics as well as prioritize and produce content and collateral requested by the sales team
Provide creative solutions and spark to help establish Climate Club as a leader in an emerging space
Manage our external PR and Comms relationships
Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, take initiative to get stuff done, make an impact, try new things and work in a collaborative culture
Stay on top of industry trends to understand what is important now and, where appropriate, insert Climate Club into the dialog
About you:
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
Experience updating websites via CMS, Webflow experience is a plus
Comfortable writing, publishing and measuring content such as blog and social posts as well as managing the creation and design of longer form content like webpages, thought leadership content and ebooks
Experience managing agency and contractor relationships
Understand the basics of Marketing operations and automation. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
Up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing
Strong written communication skills
Believe in strong opinions loosely held
Hold a profound commitment to integrity, honesty, and ambition
Bonus points:
You have experience as a Department of 1 where you've been the first Marketing hire at an organization
You've represented your company by presenting at conferences or webinars
