In 2022, Vauban officially joined the Carta team; Vauban was founded with a vision of changing finance for good by leveraging the power of equity for the benefit of all, and found a shared vision at Carta whose mission is to create more owners. The Problems You’ll Solve You will have the opportunity to help administer investment vehicles through innovative solutions, on behalf of the most talented venture capitalists, fund managers and dealmakers in the world. You will help them realize their ambitions of supporting the companies of tomorrow through our next-gen investment stack (including legals, vehicle formation, banking, investor onboarding and much more). You will be supporting specific projects and initiatives across Vauban while advising stakeholders and clients alike, as part of our Post-Close team. You will also be collaborating and joining forces with our wider Carta accounting, fund administration and compliance teams on relevant admin issues related to Vauban’s products and services. About You Hold a numerical Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Accountancy/Finance Have prior work experience in the preparation of accounts or tax filings, within funds would be preferable but not necessary Excited to work on wider team projects which are not directly post-close items (e.g. legal, financial) as well as interacting with clients on administering their investment structures.  High attention to detail Organized and calm under pressure, you are able to manage competing demands on your time, while persevering to solve ambiguous problems Passionate and knowledgeable about venture capital: you intimately understand the pressures facing our clients and are ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a positive interview experience for every candidate.
