Last year, Bubble raised $100M in our Series A round, and with all this new growth, w e are excited to bring on a Senior Accountant to our small but mighty team. Our Finance team is a vital partner to Bubble’s business. We own the day-to-day finance and accounting operations for Bubble, track financial performance of the company, and partner with various business stakeholders to provide financial information and analysis to help guide decision making and set strategy. In return, we offer a challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced startup environment, with endless growth opportunities.   As a Senior Accountant at Bubble, you will: Own the month-end close processes for assigned areas, including daily interaction with internal business partners Own day-to-day AP cycle and manage the company credit card programs Perform accounting close processes on assigned areas, and independently prepare reconciliations and journal entries Partner with other departments to understand and support business processes, ensuring proper accounting, and resolve reconciling differences Assist with the year-end financial statements audit Assist with documentation and maintenance of corporate accounting policies Join in on ad hoc team projects and analysis   About you: 3-7 years of relevant Accounting/Finance experience - We’re especially excited to speak to folks from nationally recognized accounting firms experience or technology startups. Education and/or comparable professional experience in Accounting or related fields (Our VP of Finance majored in Engineering!) Tech-savvy and MS Excel superuser; comfortable working with and analyzing large datasets. Familiarity with SQL or Looker databases is a plus Ability to prioritize and execute on tasks with a sense of urgency Comfortable working in a remote environment Active CPA or CPA eligible preferred     If this sounds like you, apply! Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $119,000 to $161,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.   In addition, all Bubble employees are eligible for meaningful equity packages.
