Position Summary As a Technical Product Manager - Mobile , you will be part of a team responsible for designing and launching Patient Mobile Applications built on BrightInsight ’s Mobile Platform . BrightInsight ’s Mobile P latform is a medical grade cloud - based mobile platform for the biopharma and medical devices industry, and is used to manage, process, and store patient health and medical device data to be used for patient diagnosis and treatment. Mobile Apps built on our Mobile Platform provides capabilities like Remote Patient Monitoring, Disease Management, interacting with your healthcare providers, connecting with 100s of medical devices over Bluetooth or NFC and so on. Most of our Biopharma and MedTech cu stomers depend on our mobile solutions to drive unique value for their patients and care givers. In the last year alone, we have launched multiple mobile applications with top biopharma customers . We are looking for a mobile - oriented candidate , who can a lso think about platform and who thrives in a start - up environment and demonstrates the following traits : • Intensely collaborative and empathetic listener • Passionately focused on the customer and their needs • Detail oriented and d isciplined executor of responsibilities • Brings clarity when there is ambiguity • Relentless drive to win • Engineering mindset and problem - solving skills • Prioritizes the overall team’s success over individual wins Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do... • Lead the definition of require ments for the BrightInsight Mobile Apps , covering functional and non - functional requirements • Work closely with the designers and market owners to define and design those applications. • Work closely with the engineering team on design and architecture and m aking technical tradeoffs • Partner with Product Marketing , Sales and Professional Services Teams to understand industry trends and define features that anticipate customer demand • Own the strategy and drive the planning and execution of the P latform roadmap • Identif y essential and critical requirements, and effectively trace requirements to design test cases • Learn and understand all the BrightInsight Mobile Platform and its modules and contribute to it. • Be an evangelist of BrightInsight ’s Mobile Platform valu e proposition to our current and potential customers Here is some of what you’ll need (required)...   • 2 - 5 years of Mobile Product Manager experience • Shipped one or more Mobile Apps to App Store and/or Play Store • Platform first mindset i.e., ability to translate specific customer use cases into broader digital health capabilities that can be generalized and scaled across multiple apps • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate roadmap priorities, risks, roadblocks, interd ependencies, and constraints with internal and external stakeholders • Experience in working in an environment following Agile methodology • Experience providing technical leadership and making decisions and recommendations backed by data and sound judgement • S ome f amiliarity with healthcare and data privacy regulations Nice to have : • Experience with building mobile apps using React Native • Demonstrated applied expertise in FDA design control requirements (21 CFR 820.30) as applied to medical device software and medical device regulations including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, Cybersecurity, IEC 62366, and IEC 62304 • Experience with building a mobile platform • Experience communicating with US based teams and geographically distributed India Team Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide: • Base and Variable pay that favorably compares with the market • An option program with industry leading vesting schedule • Medical Insurance of INR 5 Lakhs including coverage for Employees Parents or Parents - in - law • Accident Insurance for an amount of INR 50 Lakhs for the employee • Paid Time Off, Casual and Sick leave as per Shops and Establishment Act • Paid Monthly Mental Health Days • Provident Fund @ 12% Basic pay • Gratuity as per The Payment of Gratuity Act 1972
