This r ole will require high levels of energy and initiative, independent judgement, and cross-team collaborati on .    Responsibilities Support the execution of parts and technical support via external third-party certified collision, non-certified collision, and service centers   Ensure external third-party service and collision center customers receive industry leading customer support     Support our external service and collision center customers digitally with any technical or operational questions    Identify training needs or process improvement through the interactions with the external service and collision centers Ensure that processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Rivian’s objectives   Assist with the operations and the success of supporting the needs of the external third-party service, certified, and non-certified collision centers   Collaborate with the Service Engineering & Operations Organizations to obtain the info or direction you need to pass down to the inquiring business   Create reports identifying most common inquiries and response content to drive program continuous improvement   Create, track, and manage support tickets on any inquires you work on for all inquires   Engage with external third-party service and collision centers regarding program performance and repair quality standards   Must be able to complete support tickets and inquiries in a compressed timeline   Qualifications Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology Degree or equivalent experience   3 + year's experience in collision estimation Must geographically based in the Midwest of the U.S. Knowledge in Electric Vehicle estimation is a plus  Understanding of collision repair practices and processes used in collision repair is a plus  OEM specific collision repair training(s) is a plus       Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines  Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion  Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills  Knowledge in Salesforce, Smartsheets, and Lucid Charts is a plus  High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook  Capable of working efficiently in a start-up environment  Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment  Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations simultaneously  Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners  Ability to travel as needed   Must possess a valid driver’s license    Must possess a valid passport   Collision or Refinishing Technology degree or equivalent work experience  Automotive collision repair process knowledge preferred   Salary Range for Colorado Based Applicants : $81,000 to $94,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
