We know how valuable the flexibility of remote work is for our employees so people can get the work done in the way that suits them best. In order to build community and collaboration, we gather in person two times a year at a full company offsite and a departmental offsite. What the Role Is As a Senior/Lead Product Manager for Babylist, you will help drive consumer-facing product strategy and execution to help the growing number of new parents who depend on Babylist navigate the experience of preparing for their baby. You will enhance our existing registry, content, health and eCommerce experience, and develop brand new opportunities for new parents. The ideal product manager is deeply rooted in understanding the customer and placing emphasis on the user experience, improving lives through the products you build. We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial consumer product manager to work on some exciting new emerging products here at Babylist. You will lead a cross functional team of Engineers, Designers, Marketing, and other potential department members. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.  A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. Exact starting pay will be determined based on skills and experience as well as location. We hold two compensation reviews annually to review pay for performance and market and run an equity analysis to ensure our pay practices are fair and unbiased. A reasonable estimate for the current range Is : $157,000- 220,000 This range may be modified in the future.
