WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop compelling event agendas that tell a cohesive story based on current market demand Curate session topics that are relevant to the Web3 community and Avalanche audience Have a deep understanding of the markets we support (DeFi, Enterprise, Gaming, Institutions, NFTs) and create a messaging strategy for each vertical Develop an efficient outreach program and build trusting relationships with our speakers including executives, partners, influencers, and subject matter experts Negotiate, draft and manage speaker agreements Creatively write speaker profiles, presentation abstracts, and stage scripts Coordinate speaker requirements, session streaming, and translation services with our A/V partners Outline run of show timelines Execute onsite live content delivery by managing A/V vendors, supporting speakers, supervising stage managers, and implementing the overall run of show Analyze speaker / session feedback and aggressively implement changes accordingly Contribute to detailed post-event analysis reports and conference debriefs 30-40% international and domestic travel required WHAT YOU WILL BRING Bachelors degree in marketing, business, hospitality or related field 5+ years of content, program, and speaker management experience with a particular emphasis on Web3, blockchain, and crypto Passion for crypto/web3 and consistency in consuming the latest news and building industry relationships Comfortable working with low oversight, being proactive and anticipating future needs Thorough attention to detail and high organizational skills Base Salary Range: $87,600 to $109,600 ( **This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)   #LI-Remote #LI-GZ1 WHY AVA LABS?
